New Member Benefit

CWQA is excited to announce a NEW member benefit to our members. 


Members of the CWQA will receive a 5% premium discount on Liability insurance through Watercolor Management’s program. Members may receive up to a 12% premium discount if more than 75% of their Technical Sales and Service Representatives have a CWQA Water industry Certification. Actual Discounts are based on information provided by Members on the insurance applications.

Filtration and Softening Installer - 2018

This is the most common type of claim – a failed water filtration system. 
Our insured installed a filtration for drinking water at a residence. Owner of the home returned from a weekend vacation to find evidence of water leak that damaged expensive flooring. The Insured had a Leak Detector in place as recommended by WaterColor, but it apparently failed. Our insurance company paid $225,589 to the owner of the residence.
Filtration and Softening Services - 2017

Customer called because of leak in filtration system. Prior to service technician arriving to the house the customer shut off water supply. Service technician responded, tested water lines for pressure. Customer claimed water damage to some personal items. Our insurance company paid $2,435.
